My name is Aaron Weathers.
And the first thing you should know about me is...
I’m not from a traditional marketing background.
I don’t have a fancy degree (Sociology), a cushy corporate resume, or even a printer that doesn’t jam.
What I do have is a knack for turning grit and hustle into real results for my clients.
And no, I’m not here to sell you some “GRIND NEVER STOPS” nonsense.
Instead, let me tell you how I went from living in a trailer with no heat into helping my clients grow their business year after year.
Spoiler alert, it didn’t involve winning the lottery or some perfectly timed stock tip...
It’s 2010.
I’m on the football field, heart pounding, adrenaline rushing trying to make it to the NFL... (I played safety at the University of North Texas)
I just ran a 4.38 in the 40-yard dash. (For context, that’s really fast. Like, “this dude’s trying to outrun a cheetah” fast.)
A Green Bay Packers scout notices me, walks over, and says the words I’ve waited my whole life to hear:
“I’m going to give you a call.”
And he did.
But only to let me know I’d won a free cruise—if I gave him my credit card details. 😐
A joke...I never heard from him again.
I was crushed.
But somehow that spark of hope didn’t die.
I kept pushing, trying out for teams (47 tryouts in total), hustling, and getting rejected so many times I could’ve started a rejection loyalty card.
Fast forward to one of my hardest moments:
Dead of winter. Pennsylvania. I’m in a broken-down trailer on a church lot with my wife.
No heat. No water. My bank account? A solid negative $21.
I remember sitting there, staring at my surroundings, and thinking, This has to be rock bottom. And then the pipes burst, so no—it wasn’t.
My wife was there, by my side, and every part of me felt like I was letting her down.
By the time we moved to D.C. with my sister, I realized the NFL dream wasn’t happening.
So we started a moving business. My wife and I, lifting heavy boxes every day.
It wasn’t glamorous. At all. I mean, there’s nothing like sweating in the summer heat while wondering if “fragile” really means “please drop me.”
But here’s the thing: My dad had been a mover for 30 years, and I saw how it wore him down. His body was a map of injuries.
I knew if I stayed on this path, I’d end up with the same roadmap—and I’d never get the chance to fold it up.
Then, inspiration struck from a short conversation with my sister.
I am selling the house, you have to move.
Blindsided..
She continued.
I am going full-time in my online accounting business and moving to atlanta.
I was mesmerized.
And didn’t forget that moment…always asking the question. How can I work online like her.
By 2015, I dove headfirst into learning online skills. I took a course on YouTube SEO—because that’s what I could afford.
And then it happened: My first gig. $150. Helping a doctor with his YouTube channel.
No phone call. No Zoom. Just me, the internet, and sheer desperation.
When the payment landed, I stared at my account like I’d just discovered buried treasure. Someone paid me for this?
Fast forward to today after helping businesses generate over 50 million dollars.
I run ads that actually work.
